A few days ago, I made an unusual decision: to host our Global Stock Zone AMA myself. As CEO of JuCoin, I’m usually a guest sharing our vision. This time, I wanted a more relaxed, open conversation with our users.
The turnout surprised me. Users joined early, and our Co-Founder Sky and Chief Brand Officer Hakan both brought new perspectives. For our team, this AMA was a milestone and a signal of a new chapter.
Behind the Scenes: Guests and Team Effort
Sky rarely steps away from product and strategy, but he led the push for the stock RWA project from inception to rollout. Having him join this session created a deeper, more transparent dialogue.
Hakan, our CBO, joined from the international team. He participated in fluent Chinese, a first for our public community events. Usually, he’s active in English-language channels, so this bilingual bridge made the session even more special.
Why Launch the Stock Zone Now?
Sky outlined our reasons for launching the US and Hong Kong Stock Zones at this stage. The new Stock Zone provides direct, 1:1 trading of real US and Hong Kong equities. This is not a tokenized proxy or synthetic product. Every trade links directly to actual shares.
The Early Bird Subscription Zone gives early participants priority access to select stocks, making investment more inclusive for our users.
Hakan gave the global perspective. After nearly a decade in the industry, he sees most RWA projects offering little more than hype. JuCoin chose to deliver a true bridge to US and Hong Kong equities, providing global users with a platform built on credibility and transparency.
Choosing Hong Kong and the US reflects both market reality and user demand. Hong Kong is the financial hub of Asia, with a large user base, while the US remains the largest global equity market. This dual focus creates a strong foundation for JuCoin’s worldwide vision.
Real Ownership and User Rights
Many users want to know how they can be certain they own actual shares. Sky gave a clear answer. Every share purchased on JuCoin is matched 1:1 with a real stock, with all corporate actions—dividends, splits, rights issues—handled transparently. Users complete KYC, and their holdings sync directly to a real brokerage account.
Hakan spoke from the international user perspective. He pointed out that many projects offer only tokens that represent shares but give users no reliable way to verify their rights. JuCoin’s on-chain verification system ensures that every stock is fully traceable and securely held for its rightful owner.
The aiRWA Power Mechanism: An Industry First
When we reached the topic of the aiRWA power rewards, user engagement peaked.
Hakan described the limitations of traditional stock investing: limited to price appreciation and modest dividends, with liquidity challenges for overseas investors. JuCoin has created a power rewards system, where users who stake shares receive ongoing power rewards on top of all regular equity benefits. This design lets users enjoy multiple streams of returns with full asset control.
Sky explained how this model rewards long-term holders and liquidity providers. The platform measures holding periods and delivers power rewards as a secondary income, similar to a new form of dividend. Shareholders generate daily returns, maintain full ownership, and can manage their assets freely.
Multi-Source Liquidity: Solving an Industry Pain Point
Sky shared a key metric: JuCoin has partnered with over 100 listed companies in Hong Kong and the US. These partnerships provide reliable liquidity for our equity trading zone.
The platform integrates traditional financial rails with Web3 asset innovation, covering payments, trading, tokenization, and power rewards. This creates a seamless investment chain for users. Investors no longer struggle with complex account setups or slow fund transfers. Every step is simplified, and new participation models like lending and self-custody now earn power rewards.
Early Bird Zone: Expanding Access
Hakan described the unique advantages for global users. Investors can participate in US and Hong Kong equities directly through JuCoin, without third-party intermediaries. On-chain proof of ownership adds an extra layer of security and transparency. The platform has dramatically reduced barriers for IPO participation, allowing broader access than ever before.

The next phase accelerates US market entry. Discussions with over 100 public companies are underway, with a pipeline of new products set to launch by the end of this year or early next year.
JuCoin’s goal is to expand global investment boundaries and unlock liquidity for the wider community, not just for traditional institutions.
