Downloading the JuCoin app on your Android device is simple and secure. Follow the steps below to install the app and start your cryptocurrency trading journey.

I. Scan the QR Code from the Official Website to Download the JuCoin App Installation Package

    • Click the download button located in the upper right corner of the website.
  3. Scan the QR Code:
    • Use your phone’s camera or a QR code scanner app to scan the displayed QR code.
    • Note: It is recommended to use your browser to scan the QR code to avoid access issues that may occur when scanning through WeChat.

  4. Select the Appropriate Download Package:

III. Common Download and Installation Issues on Android Phones

After downloading the JuCoin App installation package, some Android phones may display prompts such as “Security Risk”, “Virus Risk”, or “Install with Caution”. You can resolve these installation issues using the following methods:

1. Huawei Phones (Android Version):

  • Click Allow to continue the installation and avoid entering control mode. Follow the prompts to complete the installation.

2. Huawei Phones (HarmonyOS Version):

Method 1: Exit Pure Mode and Disable External Source App Checking

a. On the phone’s homepage, go to Settings > System & Updates > Pure Mode, and turn off Enhanced Protection.

b. Navigate to Settings > Security > More Security Settings, and turn off External Sources App Check.

Method 2: Change Country or Region

  • In the app market, go to My > Settings > Country/Region, and change the country or region.

3. Xiaomi Phones:

  • Click Settings in the upper right corner of the installation page to enable Security Guard, then return and follow the prompts to complete the installation.

  • Open the built-in Phone Butler app on OPPO phones, navigate to Payment Protection, and turn off the protection for all software. After installation is complete, re-enable the protection.

5. Telecom Network Issues:

  • In a telecom network environment, enable Flight Mode and complete the download and installation of the JuCoin App under a WiFi connection.
